Last updated: 25 October 2026.
This notice describes the personal information the LaylaTech Hub website may handle. Before the production site accepts customer accounts or enquiries, the operator should confirm that the legal identity, provider locations and practices below match the live service.
Who is responsible?
LaylaTech Hub is the trading name shown on this website. The full legal person or entity responsible for the shop must be identified here before production launch. Contact the shop on WhatsApp at +254 745 774 061 for privacy requests.
Information the site may handle
- Contact enquiries: name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message that you submit.
- Customer accounts: email address and authentication/session information managed by Supabase Auth. The shop does not receive or store your password in readable form.
- Technical security data: hosting and authentication providers may process request, security and operational logs. This application does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses in the contact-message table.
- WhatsApp conversations: when you follow a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp/Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.
Why information is used
Contact details are used to answer the enquiry you sent. Account details are used to create and protect your account, support sign-in and respond to password recovery requests. Basic request signals support abuse prevention and the operation of the service. This site does not collect online payments or take checkout orders.
Retention
Contact submissions are configured to be deleted automatically after 90 days when the supplied Supabase migration and its daily database cleanup job are active. Before launch, the operator must confirm that the job is enabled and running. Account information remains while the account is active; request account deletion or correction through the WhatsApp contact above. Information may be retained longer where a specific legal obligation requires it.
Service providers and location
The application uses Supabase for database, authentication and image storage, plus a separate web host. Before launch, the business operator must confirm the production project region, review provider terms and data-processing terms, and disclose any international transfers or safeguards that apply.
Your choices and requests
You may ask the shop to access, correct or delete information associated with you, or raise a privacy concern, using the WhatsApp number above. The shop may ask for enough information to verify the request before making account changes. If you have a concern that the shop has not resolved, you can contact Kenya’s Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Cookies and security
When Supabase Auth is configured, the site uses protected, HTTP-only session cookies to keep you signed in. The site does not use advertising trackers. Reasonable technical controls are included, but no website can guarantee absolute security; keep account credentials private and contact the shop promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Changes to this notice
The business operator should update this notice when the shop’s identity, providers, purposes or data practices change. The date above records the current draft revision.
